We make buildings more sustainable

Our Journey

IoT Building Cloud began as a research project in 2019 in collaboration with the University of Southern Denmark (SDU), the Center for Energy Informatics, EUDP, and Innovation Fund Denmark. The goal was to develop a solution that could improve energy management and create more sustainable buildings using IoT technology and cloud-based data processing.

The project began with a focus on exploring how data from wireless sensors and smart thermostats could be used to optimize energy consumption and indoor climate. Through continuous testing and collaboration with researchers and practitioners, the core functions of the system were defined and developed.

Over the years, the project has taken shape and grown into what is now IoT Building Cloud. Through pilot projects and practical installations, we have learned how to best adapt the solution to different types of buildings and their unique needs. The experiences gained from both local and international projects have helped create a solid and flexible platform that can be used widely.

Today, IoT Building Cloud is a solution that is still under development, but which has already shown potential to help monitor and optimize energy consumption and indoor climate. We continue to improve the system and adapt it to the requirements and opportunities of the future.
